Damaged or defective candle?
A replacement or store credit will be issued for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective, or shipped in error. For an item to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, Glow Haven must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof out of the box of the damaged and/or defective item within 7 days of the date of delivery. Replacement/store credit requests must be sent to contactglowhavenco@gmail.com.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos and a description of the damage out of the box so that we can assist you.
NOTE: Please read candle care instructions and warning labels before burning. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper and safe use of their candle. Glow Haven cannot be held liable for any damages that could ensue through improper / irresponsible candle use.
